1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Docbe (Smart Document Builder), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License & Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional purposes. The app, including all design, text, and code, remains the sole property of the developer. You retain full rights over any documents you create within the app.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activity. Disallowed behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Distributing harmful or illegal content
- Reverse-engineering any part of the app
- Interfering with platform integrity or user experience
4. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to keep the app reliable and secure, it’s provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any:

- Errors or interruptions
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if warned of the possibility

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app, without warning, for violations of these Terms or any damaging behavior.

docbe.app is provided for information about the app and as a way to open templates in it. Template images shown here are previews of designs bundled with the app. See the Privacy Policy for what the site collects.
